Air Operated
Air operated diaphragm pump, ¼” – 4″ with ball and flap valve type checks, solids to 3″, metallic and non-metallic construction. Flows to 260 GPM, pressure to 250 PSI. Custom filter press pumping systems with one fill pump, one top off pump.
Ansi Centrifugal
Pumps and Parts dimensionally interchangable to Goulds 3196 and Peerless 8196 lines. Available in Ductile Iron, #316SS, Alloy 20, CD4MC4, Monel, Hastelloy B & C materials. Supplied with factory installed mechanical seal or available so customer can install own sealing device. Capacities to 3,000 GPM, heads to 700′ feet.
Boiler Feed
Boiler feed units, simplex and duplex. Single and multi-stage pumps for high or low pressure systems. Complete with city water make up controls.
Booster System
Custom designed for potable water, process and industrial applications to increase existing system pressure to meet your requirements.
Break Tank
Break tank (City water cut off) units, simplex, duplex or triplex, single and multi-stage pumps for high or low pressure systems. Complete with water make up valve.
Centrifugal
Single and multi-stage, end suction, horizontal split case and vertical designs. ANSI dimensional and performance. Available cast iron, bronze and stainless steel and several other materials. Multiple mechanical seal configurations available. Flows to 75,000 GPM heads to 2,200 ft.
Condensation
Condensate return simplex, duplex and triplex configuration for high or low pressure systems using vertical or horizontal style pumps.
Diaphragm
Air, electric and engine driven, size ¼”-4″ with ball and flap valve type checks, solids to 3″. Light weight and portable 2 wheel cart designs available. Units available for sludge applications having optional linings.
Fuel Oil
Pre-piped wired and tested, package systems complete with positive displacement rotary gear pumps, strainers, valves and controls panels.
Gear
Internal and external positive displacement rotary gear pumps to 1500 GPM in different design configurations and materials of construction including food grade stainless steel and non-metallic.
Grinder
Submersible style with flows to 180 GPM, heads to 170 feet. Lift out rail packages available, pre-piped or field installed. Single phase available on most models.
High Pressure
Multi-stage centrifugal and piston or plunger type reciprocating pumps for industrial, commercial, agricultural and machine tool coolant use.
Horizontal Split Case
Single and two stage pumps, horizontal or vertically mounted, in cast iron, bronze and stainless steel construction, having packed or mechanical shaft seal design. Flows to 75,000 GPM. Heads to 1,000 ft.
Hydraulic
Single and double pump design. Ductile, iron and corrosion-resistant materials available. Flows to 30 GPM, pressures to 500 PSI.
In-Line
Circulating pumps for HVAC and Industrial Centrifugal pumps, flows to 1200 GPM heads to 390 ft.
Magnetic
Centrifugal and positive displacement pumps with various mechanical seal or seal-less magnetic drive configurations.
Piston
Simplex, duplex, triplex pumps, pressures to 2,000 PSI flows to 65 GPM. Available in ductile iron, aluminum bronze, stainless steel and carbon steel wet ends.
Plunger
Duplex, triplex and quintripled pumps, pressures to 5,500PSI; flows to 650 GPM. Available in ductile iron, aluminum bronze, stainless steel and carbon steel wet ends.
Portable
Electric and engine driven pump mounted on trailers. Light weight engine driven centrifugal pumps. Battery and electric driven submersible pumps and light weight air operated diaphragram pumps.
Positive Displacement
Internal, external, bi-rotor, tri-rotor positive displacement pumps available in several materials including food grade stainless steel and non-metallic. Design configurations available in seal-less magnetic drive or to accept cartridge seals.
Pressure
Multi-stage centrifugal and horizontal split case, piston and plunger pumps for industrial, commercial, agricultural and machine tool coolant use.
Process-Ansi
centrifugal, vertical cantilever, vertical in-line, API 610 rotary gear.
Progressive Cavity
Flow to 400 GPM, pressure to 450 PSI for abrasive and viscous liquids.
Pumping Systems
Complete in-house engineering, design and manufacturing capabilities to package custom systems including piping, wiring and testing for single or multi-pump configurations.
Reciprocating
Simplex, duplex, triplex piston and plunger pumps, pressures to 5,500 PSI, flows to 650 GPM.
Rotary
Internal, external, bi-rotor, tri-rotor positive displacement pumps available in several materials including food grade stainless steel and non-metallic. Designs configurations available in seal-less magnetic drive or to accept cartridge seals capacity to 1,500 GPM.
Sanitary
Bi-rotor and tri-rotor positive displacement, air powered double diaphragm pumps, available in food grade construction.
Seal-Less
Centrifugal, positive displacement and air-powered double diaphragm seal-less driven pumps in various materials of construction.
Self-Priming
Industrial electric and engine driven pumps to 12″ discharge for clean, corrosive, abrasive and solids handling liquids. Available in several materials and mechanical seal configurations. Available on rigid base or portable trailer design.
Sewage
Vertical shaft column style to 20ft deep pits, self priming centrifugal to 12″ discharge, dry pit and submersible thru 24″ discharge, flows to 30,000 GPM.
Slurry, Sluch, and Sludge
Air and electric powered, single and double diaphragm, and progressive cavity pumps.
Submersible
Electric, air and hydraulic driven, for clean, corrosive, abrasive and solids handling liquids. Size through 24″ discharge, flows to 30,000 GPM. Some models available in lift out guide rail designs.
Sump
Vertical shaft column style to 20ft deep pits, self priming centrifugal to 12″ discharge, submersible to 24″ discharge, flows to 30,000 GPM.
Vertical Column
Enclosed shaft design pumps for clean, corrosive, high temperature or solids handling liquids. Sump depths to 25ft. Oil, grease or product lubricated shaft bearings. Flows to 8000 GPM, heads to 250 ft.
Vertical Process
Vertical process pumps with barrel or chair motor mounts in various construction. Flows to 3600 GPM, heads to 330ft, discharges to 12″.
Vertical Turbine
Hollow or solid shaft motor design with raised thrust bearing. Product, grease or oil lubricated design. Flows to 50,000 GPM. Services to rebuild or remanufacture existing pumps.
